The leadership of Pack 421 is provided by volunteers.  Without parents stepping up and volunteering, there would be no pack.  It takes quite a few willing individuals to run a pack.  As our older boys cross over into a Boy Scout troop, it will often leave vacancies in the pack leadership.  Please consider joining the team!
